30-45 Minute Evaluation - Free

Before beginning training, it is important that I have a chance to conduct an evaluation where I am able to collect information about your goals, health/medical history, and find out your current activity and fitness level. This is also your opportunity to learn what restorative exercise can do for you and see if you feel training is right for you. During your evaluation, I will share my plan for helping you to reach your goals and suggest the frequency of weekly sessions needed to see steady improvement.

1 Hour Private Home Training Session - $75

During our hour training session, I will travel to your home or other location of choice such as an apartment or community gym, or local park / outdoor area. I will bring any weights or fitness equipment needed for the workouts (though we can absolutely utilize any home gym equipment that you have on hand as well). No need to purchase any additional equipment as I have everything you need to get in shape. During our hour sessions, we will always maximize your training time as much as possible unlike other kinds of home therapy which often are interrupted with questionnaires, paperwork, and things unrelated to training.

1 Hour Virtual Home Training Session - $60

Don’t live in San Diego or would prefer to work virtually? Working virtually over zoom or your preferred video service is an excellent way to get the fitness training you need regardless of where you live. I’ve been a pioneer in virtual training and making exercise accessible for anyone regardless of their location for almost a decade now. Over video, I will give you the same great fitness instruction at a more affordable price. I will also guide you to any weights or equipment you might need to follow along with me on live video.

30-Minute Virtual Home Training Session - $25

Due to the lack of travel time, I also offer 30-minute affordable training sessions virtually. During these sessions, we focus on your top priorities and focus on the most vital areas of health you wish to improve in. This is a great option if you would prefer a more affordable training option or aren’t ready for a full hour of exercise just yet.
