Exercising in the water is an excellent addition to any training program. There are many therapeutic benefits to exercising in the water especially if you have pain or experience symptoms of arthritis. It’s a great way to build strength, cardiovascular endurance, and practice skills which may be difficult to do on land such as advanced balance and gait training.
