Starting an exercise routine can often be intimidating. As a trainer, my goal is for all my clients to feel comfortable while training. We move at a pace comfortable for you, while at the same time achieving your goals. We avoid working out to the point of intense soreness the next day, have constant communication to make sure every session is best tailored to you on a daily basis. You don’t ever have to feel insecure about where you are starting from. Training is always free of judgment, and I always seek to leave you feeling empowered and encouraged afterward!
